Our client is an emerging SBA-Certified 8(a) small business serving the DoD, DoS, GSA & Federal Health customers. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview following experience/skills are desired:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within the government contracting arena
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience to include sourcing the passive candidate market
  • Track-record of delivering on strategic business hiring priorities in a timely manner
  • Experience recruiting in the IT, management consulting and/or professional services arenas
