Our client is a $120M+ federal contractor with over 20 years serving DoD, Civilian, Health & National Security customers. They are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join their team in a Remote capacity.

To be considered for an interview following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, clearable
• 8-10+ years of proposal management / development experience in the federal market
• Full life-cycle proposal development experience (writing, coordinating, editing, etc.)
• Comfortable in an IT or professional services environment
• Good interpersonal skills, results-oriented & self-motivated professional

Salary: $160K to $180K base plus bonus
