Our client is a ~$2B federal contractor (DoD, Fed/Civ, DHS, DOJ, HHS, DoS, etc.). They are seeking a Senior Director of Capture to join their team in a Remote capacity within the US.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-10+ years of proven capture or relevant experience in the federal market
• Track-record of leading sizable capture efforts across the federal civilian market
• Working knowledge & practical application of capture best practices
• Experience in the IT services arena (IT modernization, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.)
• Energetic professional who is self-directed & has good interpersonal skills

Salary: $175K to $220K plus bonus
