Our client is a rapidly growing mid-tier (~$200M in revenues) with over 20 years serving the Defense, Intelligence & Homeland Security communities. They are seeking a Director of Business Development to join their team in the Midwest.

To be considered for an interview following experience/skills are desired:
- Bachelor’s degree, Active Secret clearance or higher
- Demonstrated experience developing business with the USAF and/or the COCOMS market
- Proven ability to lead sizable competitive captures efforts
- Comfortable in advanced analytics, system engineering & mission operations environments
- Executive presence, self-starter with a good business acumen
Salary: $175K to $225K plus bonus
