Our client is a ~$2B federal contractor serving the DoD, IC, Federal Civilian & Health markets. They are seeking a Senior Director of Business Development (DoJ) to join their team in a Remote capacity.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of business development or relevant experience in the federal market
• Experience in developing pipelines, strategic plans and new business budgets
• Deep working knowledge & relationships across DOJ (DEA, ATF, BoP, USMS, Attorney Generals, etc.)
• Background IT services environments
• Consultative sales professional with good communication skills

Salary: $175K to $240K plus bonus
