Our client is a $100M federal contractor serving the DoD, National Security, Civilian & Health markets. They are seeking a Director of Business Development & Strategy to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, clearable
• 8-10+ years of federal business development experience
• Demonstrated success & relationships in the federal civilian market
• Experience developing pipelines, strategic plans & new business budgets
• Hungry professional with good interpersonal skills

Salary: $175K to $230K base plus bonus
