Our client is an International Federal Contractor with over 45 years serving DoD, DOE, HHS, DHS, IC & commercial customers. They are seeking a Senior Director Business Development to join their team in a Remote capacity.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, clearable
• 10+ years of business development or relevant experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated success winning federal services contracts
• FedCiv relationships: DHS (HQ, FEMA, CBP, ICE), DOJ, DOI, USDA, HUD & DOT
• Background in IT or professional services environments
• Executive presence, good interpersonal & leadership skills

Salary: $175K to $225K base plus bonus
