Our client is a multi-billion-dollar federal service contractor serving the DoD, IC, Civilian & International markets. They are seeking a Director of Business Development to join their Intelligence Community team.

- Newly created position responsible for the business development and strategy ownership within a selected Intelligence Community account (CIA, DIA OR DISA)

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
- Bachelor’s degree, Active TS/SCI w/Poly
- Demonstrated business development/capture experience supporting the IC
- Must be connected within the CIA, DIA or DISA
- Track-record of leading sizable business development/capture efforts ($100M+)
- Background in cybersecurity, intel analysis and/or enterprise IT or related environments
- Executive presence & strong communication skills
Salary: $225K to $275K base plus bonus
