Our client is an International Federal Contractor with over 45 years serving DoD, DOE, HHS, DHS, IC & commercial customers. They are seeking a Senior Director Capture Management to join their team in a Remote capacity.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, clearable
• 10+ years of relevant business development/capture experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated success leading & winning sizable capture efforts ($100M+)
• Experience working CONUS & OCONUS opportunities preferred
• Background in IT or professional services environments
• Executive presence, good interpersonal & leadership skills
• 10% travel

Salary: $175K to $225K base plus bonus
