Our client is a $50M WOSB international federal contractor serving the DoD, IC, National Security, Federal Civilian & Health markets. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
• 5-8+ years of progressive business development/growth experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated success within the Intel Analysis market (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, All Source, GEOINT, etc.)
• Relevant connections within the federal market (IC, DOD, Law Enforcement or other FedCiv agencies)
• Driven professional with good interpersonal skills

Salary: $150K to $200K base plus bonus
