Our client is a $100M federal contractor serving the DoD, National Security, Civilian & Health markets. They are seeking a Senior Capture Manager to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, clearable
• 8-10+ years of capture management or relevant business development experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated success leading & winning sizable capture efforts ($25M- $100M)
• Background in IT modernization, cyber, devops, cloud or related environments
• Hungry professional with good interpersonal skills & is highly competitive

Salary: $165K to $200K base plus bonus
