Our client is a community-owned, not-for-profit health care organization in the Southeast. They are seeking an Executive Director of Strategic Finance to join their team.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience, preferably in acute care hospital setting
- Public Accounting experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of concepts related to data warehouse, database structure, and enterprise software, including the Power BI platform including but not limited to Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understands data collection and analysis for hospital and physician profiling
- Ability to present complex financial data to a variety of audiences
Salary: $160K to $200K base plus bonus
