Our client is a private, non-profit community hospital in the Northeast. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience within a complex health care setting
• Experience in a safety-net hospital strongly preferred
• Experience in Massachusetts strongly preferred
• Prior experience working effectively with and making presentations to a Board of Trustees

Salary: $400K to $450K base plus bonus
