To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5+ year of manufacturing engineering experience in high-speed manufacturing
• Experience in plastics and/or packaging is preferred
• Design capabilities in 3D CAD – Solidworks preferred
• Ability to lead equipment and equipment improvement projects successfully
• Able to work well autonomously as well as cross-functionally
• Open to 20% travel

Salary: $80K to $90K base
