Our client is a manufacturer of high quality rotationally molded plastic products for national and international markets. They are seeking a General Manager to join their team in the Midwest.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role in manufacturing, preferably in a roto-molding or plastics manufacturing company
• Well-established people leadership skills that spans the gamut of levels in the organization
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to production and operations
• Knowledgeable in multiple disciplines that are symbiotic with production, such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Planning

Salary: $150K to $180K base plus bonus
