Our client is a custom plastic injection molding company. They are seeking a General Manager to join their team in the Midwest.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years experience processing plastic injection molding machines
• 5+ years management experience
• Understanding of scientific molding and using the data to make changes as needed
• Full P&L experience
• Ability and understanding of IQMS systems – customers require us to keep inventory on hand
• Able to manage a team of 30 and servant leadership style – leadership abilities are critical
• Automotive background or similar preferred

Salary: $90K to $110K base plus bonus
