To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Plastics related discipline
• 5+ years experience in a medium/high volume molding & assembly environment
• Ability to supervise, lead, mentor, and train the team – 2 direct reports currently – looking to expand this team so will be more
• Experience in a plastic injection molding environment

Salary: $100K to $120K base
