To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years as a Maintenance Manager responsible for leading all maintenance & PM activities throughout the entire facility
• 2-3+ years managing various projects including capital projects
• Must have thorough knowledge of injection molding machines, processes, and related equipment & systems
• Experience managing Dept. budgets and using/managing a CMMS system for preventative maintenance/work order management
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical & hydraulic systems, and basic PLC programming/troubleshooting

Salary: $112K to $140K base plus bonus
