To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Must have experience as a Tool Shop/Tooling Manager or Supervisor overseeing Mold Makers working on projects to fabricate, build, and service tooling for the injection molding industries
• 8-10+ years experience as a Mold Maker operating CNC and other metal fabrication machines (Mills, Lathes, Grinders, EDM (Wire & Sinker), etc.) to fabricate parts to specifications, building injection molds, tool care, modifications, & repair
• Knowledge of various steels used for tooling, all parts of Molds and how they function in the presses (Gates, Vents, Parting Lines, Shrinkage, etc.)
• Must have ability to interpret Blueprints & CAD designs with a plus for having any 3D CAD (especially SolidWorks)
• Working knowledge of EDM machines (Wire & Sinker) to fabricate Electrodes/Other with a plus for working with Micron CNC, Sodick Linear Motor, or Fanuc
• Experience using precision instruments (Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, Time Plates, Gauge Blocks, etc.)

Salary: $90K to $120K base plus bonus
