Our client is a manufacturer of cutting-edge specialty medical devices. They are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team in the Southwest.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 8-10+ years hands-on process engineering for injection molding – able to develop new processes from scratch/concept through releases into production
• Working knowledge of scientific molding methods
• Must have experience working in a clean room atmosphere for molding medical, surgical, healthcare, orthopedic, or similar products
• Experience working with common molding and engineering grade plastics such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Nylon, etc.
• Must have experience estimating costs/quoting projects
• Must be open to travel <5% or as needed

Salary: $125K to $140K base plus bonus
