Our client is a privately-owned, custom injection molding company. They are seeking a 2nd Shift Process Technician / Processor to join their team in the Midwest.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 3-5+ years performing mold setups and process for plastic injection molding
• Must be able to set molds in presses and adjust process parameters, troubleshoot plastic injection molds and perform process improvements/optimizations on tooling and equipment (including auxiliary equipment) operation while ensuring that daily safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved
• Strong equipment and mechanical aptitude for performing processing, mold, and equipment troubleshooting
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and applicable OSHA safety standards
• Must be willing to work 2nd shift (M-F 3pm-11:30pm)

Salary: $22 to $35 per hour plus bonus
