To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years experience as a Plant Manager responsible for leading all departments withing an injection molding manufacturing facility
• Injection molding is highly desired
• Must have P&L responsibilities, preferably full-P&L but will train if needed
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing concepts
• Experience working with ERP systems

Salary: $135K to $175K base plus bonus
