Our client is a privately owned manufacturer and supplier of rigid plastic packaging. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team in the Southeast.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years experience managing Maintenance Technicians, dept. budgets, programs, and other functions within industrial manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of plastic extrusion-blow molding machines & processes for packaging products is highly preferred
• Must have hands-on working knowledge, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, NEC, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, OSHA, and facility auxiliary equipment and systems
• Servant Leader willing to work 70% on the floor with employees while supporting company’s team-based culture

Salary: $100K to $120K base plus bonus
