Our client is a 2nd-generation, privately-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for multiple industries. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team at their Tennessee facility.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years experience scheduling & supervising maintenance Technicians on their daily responsibilities, PMs & special projects, and other functions within industrial manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of plastic extrusion blow molding machines & processes
• Must have hands-on working knowledge, troubleshooting, PMs, and maintenance of Electrical systems, NEC, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and facility auxiliary equipment and systems
• Servant Leader willing to work 70% on the floor with employees, leading & mentoring by example, and promoting company’s team-based culture
• A huge plus for either Spanish speaking and/or working for a privately-owned company

Salary: $100K to $120K base plus bonus
