Our client is a 2nd-generation, privately-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for multiple industries. They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team at their Tennessee facility.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years experience leading Maintenance Dept. Technicians, budgets, capital projects, and other functions within industrial manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of plastic Blow Molding machines & processes for packaging products is highly preferred but will consider similar plastic molding processes (Injection Molding, Thermoforming, Extrusion, or similar for molding plastic packaging products)
• Must be willing to work hands-on with maintenance personnel performing PMs, maintenance/repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, NEC, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, OSHA, and facility auxiliary equipment
• Servant Leader willing to work 70% on the floor with employees, leading & mentoring by example, and promoting company’s team-based culture
• A huge plus for either having any hands-on processing abilities and/or Bilingual-Spanish/English but not required

Salary: $100K to $125K base plus bonus
