Our client is a privately-owned, custom injection molding company. They are seeking a 3rd Shift Process Technician / Processor to join their team in the Cleveland, OH area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years performing mold setups and process for plastic injection molding
• Must be able to set molds hands-on in presses, upload process parameters, and troubleshoot any issues using strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong equipment and mechanical aptitude for performing processing, mold, and equipment troubleshooting
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and applicable OSHA safety standards
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift (M-F 11pm-7:30am)
• Team-player eager to make their footprint and advance to roles with more responsibilities & seniority

Salary: $22 to $35 per hour plus bonus (+$2.00 shift-differential & profit-sharing bonus)
