Our client is a 2nd-generation, privately-owned manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for multiple industries. They are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join their team in the Southeast.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 3-5+ years planning, driving projects forward, and at times leading projects while working with internal/external customers to determine their product needs and working with cross-functional engineering teams to develop & launch new bottles/container products
• Thorough understanding of extrusion blow molding platforms
• Knowledge and understanding of HDPE, PP, PET resins and other packaging related materials used in blow molding applications
• Must have understanding of key principles in HDPE extrusion blow molding, downstream equipment and various packaging systems with ability to troubleshoot/resolve any issues
• Depending on abilities, Engineers with 8-10+ years NPD for both PET stretch blow and extrusion blow molded containers may be considered for a Sr. NPD Engineer role

Salary: $100K to $130K base plus bonus
