Our client is a custom plastic injection molding company. They are seeking a Plant Manager to join their team at Corporate HQ in Wisconsin.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 3-5+ years as a Plant Manager responsible for managing all employees for a 3-shift plastic products manufacturing operation
• Preference to having thorough knowledge of injection molding machines & processes but will consider similar (Thermoforming, Blow Molding, Extrusion, etc.)
• Must have experience with P&L reporting and managing budgets
• A servant leadership style leading and training by example as a mentor with the ability to instill accountability and pride with employees
• Company would ideally like a Plant Manager who is career minded and promotable to the Director/VP level in the future

Salary: $120K to $150K base plus bonus
