Our client is a custom plastic injection molding company. They are seeking a Process Engineer to join their team at Corporate HQ in Wisconsin.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-3+ years of hands-on process engineering experience in injection molding able to plan/lead projects for new products and molds being launched.
  • Working with customers to quote their needs, design reviews & ECRs, overseeing new mold builds at Tooling Vendors/Mold Shops, developing, troubleshooting, optimizing, & documenting new processes using Scientific Molding methods & MoldFlow, sampling, DOEs, validation studies, training Technicians, etc.
  • Plus if you have experience molding Automotive products
  • Working knowledge of RJG or AIM Scientific Molding methods is needed – plus if you have any Certifications (not required)
  • Ability to setup/program (Uploading PLCs) and troubleshoot 3-axis & 6-axis robots with a plus for working with Cartesian robots
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents, drawings, blueprints/schematics

Salary: $70K to $100K base plus bonus (company is flexible with salary)
