To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
• 10+ years experience as an operations, manufacturing lead for a manufacturing enterprise
• Manufacturing team leadership of 25+
• Medical device manufacturing
• Injection molding or CNC machining

Salary: $150K to $175K base plus bonus
