- What exactly you are looking for beyond what is included in the position requirements

After the call I will send over what we refer to as a “job verification email” summarizing the criteria for the position that we discuss on the call; this ensures we are all on the same page and that we did not mishear or miss anything on the call.
After the email is returned to us with any necessary edits/additions, we have the green light to begin the search.
My team and I will then develop a strategic plan to reach out to potential candidates utilizing our current network, our membership in the HFMA/MGMA, and various other resources at our disposal. We will start by recruiting potential candidates close to your area and work our way outwards depending on results.
We will present candidates after a thorough pre-screening to ensure they meet the requirements and are interested in the opportunity.
We will manage the interview process and once we get to offer stage, we will coordinate with you to make sure the candidate accepts the initial offer.
