We are partnering with an established global company serving the defense, industrial & commercial markets for ~80 years. They are seeking a Director of Business Development (Air, Missile & Fires Support Systems) to join their team in the Southeast.

- Leading in the design, & manufacturing of highly engineered integrated products & solutions for military, government & commercial customers
- Newly created position responsible for sustainment and growth of existing customers, while also driving growth thru new business development efforts in support of Air, Missile & Fires Support Systems assets for DoW & OEMs
- Leadership promotes from within – opportunities to climb the business development ranks as you prove yourself & the company grows
- Highly visible role reporting directly to the CGO and interact heavily with the ELT
To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
- Bachelor’s degree, must be clearable
- 10+ years of federal business development/capture and/or relevant military experience
- Demonstrated experience driving growth in the air & missile defense systems industry preferred
- Solid capture management background
- Good interpersonal skills, self-starter with high business acumen
- Open to domestic travel
Salary: $175K to $200K base + bonus
