We are partnering with a rapidly growing, mid-tier company ($140M) that has been serving the federal civilian market for ~15 years. They are seeking a Senior Program Director to join their team in the DC Metro area.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• Bachelor’s degree, Active PMP certification
• 15+ years of program management or relevant experience in the federal market
• Demonstrated experience managing large Enterprise IT Federal contracts of $25M in annual value
• Broad experience encompassing applications, data management, data analytics, infrastructure, cyber & service desk
• Track-record in a business development/capture role leading sizable $50M+ pursuits
• Executive presence with good communication & leadership abilities

Salary: $225K to $250K base + bonus
