To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:
7-10+ years of Mold Maker experience within an injection molding environment
Proven expertise in fabricating mold components, building molds, troubleshooting tooling issues, and performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds
Subject Matter Expert (SME) capable of diagnosing complex mold issues, leading corrective actions, and estimating tooling components and inventory requirements
Experience conducting root cause analysis for part quality issues and non-conformances, including flash, short shots, sink marks, burns, and other molding defects
Ability to work with and maintain extremely tight tolerances of ±.0002
Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or supervising tool room personnel is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tooling and process improvement

Hourly Rate: $26 to $45 per hour
