We are partnering with a plastic container and packaging manufacturing company. They are seeking a Process Engineer to join their team at their Indiana facility.

To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired:

• 5-7+ years hands-on process engineering experience for extrusion-blow molded products
• Experience developing new processes from concept through releases into production
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail able to delegate, prioritize, and organize both own work and other technical employees
• Must be hands-on willing to work on the floor with employees to lead by example
• Knowledge of robots & automated systems

Salary: $120K to $130K base plus bonus
